As an equivalent product, we offer Perfect Post Zinc (PPZ). Conventional hot dip galvanizing produces a thick iron-zinc alloy layer and a thin pure-zinc layer. The galvanizing layer of Post Zinc (PZ)/Perfect Post Zinc(PPZ) consists of a pure zinc layer. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently obtain the corrosion resistance equivalent to that of hot-dip galvanizing while using less zinc. Hot-dip galvanizing also contains lead and cadmium, but Post Zinc(PZ)/Perfect Post Zinc(PPZ) contains very little of these and is an environment-friendly galvanizing method.

Super Light 700 (SL700) is 700 Newton material, which is not included in the JIS standards. Super Light 700 (SL700) complies with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health. The Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health stipulates the material and size of scaffolding tubes. The conditions of use of the steel tubes are set out in JSG 3444 (Steel Tubes for General Structures), STK500 φ48.6×2.5 and the conditions of use of the steel tubes not included in JIS Standards are set out in Articles 560 and 572.

Our Post Zinc (PZ)/Perfect Post Zinc (PPZ) contains almost no harmful substances (lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, mercury) and complies with the RoHS2/ELV Directive.

“SL40” is a 4-m lightweight scaffolding tube Super Light 700 (SL700) with an outer diameter of 48.6 mm and a wall thickness of 1.8 mm. SL40 “P” is a pinned tube.
